LEVELLING COMPOUNDS		LEVELLER Self-levelling compound that is part of the adhesive system. (If you are not gluing to it, there are cheaper alternatives available). This stuff withstands extreme stresses that can be placed on a concrete sub-floor by gluing hardwood to it. Also flexible Z670 version available. SOLVENT BASED ADHESIVE		5500 ADHESIVE This has been the industry standard for years. Tried, tested and economical. A great rigid adhesive for parquet with excellent ‘grab’ and less inclined to slide about when doing fiddley bits. Can be used for other applications but better things are available. PU ADHESIVES		PU-240 2-PART ADHESIVE Unfortunately the above 5500 may be consigned to history due to solvent content. PU240 will take its place. It is simply the best wood floor glue available, and by no means the most expensive. Not rigid but not too elastic with awesome adhesion. MS ADHESIVES		MS-250 PLUS POLYMER ADHESIVE Again, the best in its class. Good adhesion and not too elastic. Great packaging eliminates wastage which was a problem with the old MS 250. 		MS-255 ADHESIVE This is the MS250 in a sausage. Liquid batten system reduces any mess and waste to zero even for novices. Can be used on uneven subfloors out by up to 10mm. You will need a bulk gun though. Product sheet Technical datasheet	600cc	£6.95

FILLER		7500 FILLER Another old favourite. Best colour and best stain take-up of any filler. Mix with sanding dust from same timber and use to fill grain, holes and cracks. Used to achieve classic ‘skating rink’ formal parquet. 		WS 2K FUSION 2 pack lacquer that replaces the old ‘Topguard’ lacquer which was unbelievably tough but also unbelievably expensive. Fusion 2K is especially designed for floors with a very high load usage as it has an extremely high resistant final finish. This stuff is so new, we haven’t used it yet. Watch this space.
